GREAT PRODUCT

THIS BLOWER IS THE BEST TOOL TO BLOW OUT GARAGE, BARN,AND OUR BACK DECK. GREAT POWER AND EASY TO USE WITH OUT KILLING YOURSELF.I USE IT EVERY DAY. THE 5amp HOUR BATTERY WILL GIVE YOU PLENTY OF TIME TO GET THE JOB DONE. GREAT PRODUCT!!!!!!!!

Good Battery Powered Blower

I am used to using a larger Husky back pack blower, the second biggest Husky makes, so that's the background for my review.

Initially I purchased a Ryobi 18 volt blower to do 2 small deck areas (about 400 square feet) at my home during leaf season. I was sorely disappointed at battery life. I didn;t require lots of volume but I did need 15 minutes of blower action. I returned the Ryobi the next day. Months alter I learned about this Dewalt 20 volt blower and bought it based upon good reviews. So far it has lived up to the reviews I read. Battery life is surprising. I used it for 20 minutes continuously at full on and still had 2/3 battery power left. It doesn't have near the power of my Husky backpack, and I didn't expect it to, but it has enough power to blow leaves very well. I wouldn't expect it to blow wet heavily piled leaves but dry stuff moves readily. The effective reach of air movement is about 6 feet or so. Since it used the 20 volt batteries and I have the adapter for my 18 volt Dewalt drills, grinder, impact driver and vacuum I can use the batteries interchangeably.

I've seen other cordless blowers out there with 40 volts or so and they may be more powerful but they cost more and I can't use batteries interchangeably. This blower does all I need it to do and is surprisingly efficient and effective.

Great Blower

The blower is very strong and put away the grass and dirt. It handles dry leaves in flower beds with out blowing the rocks out. nice unit very light weight and works very good. Dewalt rocks on most all products!

Great addition to my 20V DeWalt Tool Collection

Nice powerful blower. Brushless technology is the wave of the immediate future allowing maximum battery run-time. No need to look at those 40V and 80V models the competitors are trying to market out there. A nice surprise was the battery charger included that charges both 12V and 20V batteries, for those of us with both power tools collections
