how do i earn FAOBUCKS?
Shop during any of the FAOBUCKS periodic promotional periods and when you make a qualifying purchase that meet the promotional threshold you will receive an email after your item ships with your unique, one-time use FAOBUCKS dollars off promotional code. Limited to one code per transaction.
How do I receive my FAOBUCKS?
Once your purchase is confirmed and shipped to you, you will receive an email with your exclusive FAOBUCKS dollars off promotional code and your next minimum purchase amount. Make sure you save this email as another one will not be issued. Follow up reminders of the redemption periods will not include your code.

I received my order, but why haven’t I received my FAOBUCKS code?
This may be due to spam/junk email filters set by your email provider. Please check the spam, junk and trash folders in your email account. It is always a good idea to add us to your approved sender list or even add us a contact in your address book (emailreply@factoryauthorizedoutlet.com.) This will ensure you stay up to date with our newest offers and products.
How do I redeem my FAOBUCKS?
FAOBUCKS can be redeemed during checkout on Factoryauthorizedoutlet.com. Minimum purchase amount of $199 must be met before entering coupon. When you enter the checkout page of our store on the right side under the items in your cart, there will be a discount code box that will accept your code and apply the appropriate savings to your order.
Can I return an item that earned FAOBUCKS?
Yes, items purchased that help accrue FAOBUCKS are still eligible for returns however we will decrease the value or suspend the FAOBUCKS savings based off the adjusted order total threshold.
I placed an order using FAOBUCKS, how will I get my refund?
Any amount that was paid out of pocket, excluding FAOBUCKS, will be refunded to the original payment method.
I missed the FAOBUCKS redemption period!
We are sorry but in order to keep these offers exclusive, we are only able to honor the FAOBUCKS during the posted redemption dates. It cannot be used before or after those dates.
