I have had my Makita drill for well over a decade. When one of the battery packs lost its life due to age I was left with a difficult decision. Purchase a new drill, live with my drill and have only one battery pack or purchase another backup battery pack.

I choose to purchase another back battery because I truly believe my drill has at least another decade worth of life in it. I love all of my Makita products. My sander would still be alive today if my husband had not left it out in rain. It was twenty five years old.

Outlet Makita was very easy to work with and very quick in getting my replacement part to me. I would definately use them.
