Bought the sander for paint work on my sailboat. Its a hard worker for a dirty business. Have used it for three different projects and it does everything expected from a DeWalt product. I graduated to all DeWalt power tools after quality of Sears products declined in the 90s. Own nine DeWalt hand and bench mounted power tools and love them all.
