Cannot rate the actual saw, as it is a Christmas gift for my husband. However, this site offered the best price and it arrived quickly in perfect condition the packaging was very sturdy. Again, I have not opened the package to check the saw as to function. Im giving 4 stars, as the shipping and packaging rate a 5, but the actual saw has not been used to date--earning it a 4, in case there are issues.

Fac Auth Outlet had a good price AND threw in a second battery which was perfect for my mix match set. Delivery was speedy and although the product comes in its own very durable case, it was well packaged too.

The saw is truly a joy to use. Compared to the old work horse Millwawkee that Ive used at work, this saw has a much faster stroke which tears through steel like butter if the foot is firm against the work. The four way chuck is a great feature as well. I dont know what Ive been doing all these years without this tool.

With a 12 pruning blade, this beast is *almost* as good as a chain saw for cutting trees for firewood or general clearing. I go through 6 to 8 pine logs in 30 seconds or less. Saplings and branches instantly. And with no cords, gas, oil, or ear-splitting noise. Long battery life -- i havent drained one yet. A great tool to have in your 20-volt set.

Very esy to handle and very convenaint copared to an older saw that I had with a regular cord. The multiposition mounting makes getting into tight spots very easy.
